School Development Plan

This year, we have lots of exciting projects to work on as a whole staff team for the children. 

We want to work together to improve many areas across the school and build upon the successes of previous years. 

Our targets for this year are:

1. To deliver a well sequenced and coherent curriculum

2. To improve outcomes, especially in  Writing and Maths

3. To improve the provision and outcomes at Early Years

4. To deliver a curriculum which includes spirituality, personal development and British Values

The Governors agree to the School Development plans in the autumn term. Our school development plan is a working document, setting out the aims of the school. We monitor and evaluate the progress of the school development through staff meetings, leadership meetings and governor meetings.
